OVL is working with regional school systems, business owners, and community stakeholders to establish a College and Career Academy in South Georgia. The process is still in the early stages of development, and OVL Director Mary Beth Brownlee is assisting in the process, including the completion of a Workforce Needs Assessment Survey.
OVL Launches Comprehensive Housing Market Needs Assessment & Neighborhood Redevelopment Study
Valdosta, GA – In partnership with the Greater Valdosta United Way (GVUW), One Valdosta-Lowndes has initiated a Housing Market Needs Assessment and Neighborhood Redevelopment Study. The three-phase study addresses the urgent and pressing issues of housing affordability and accessibility, which are critical factors in workforce development.
