We’re inviting local caterers and food vendors to be part of the Lowndes Longest Table and help make this community gathering a memorable experience. Caterers and food vendors interested in participating are encouraged to apply for consideration. All applications will be reviewed by the Lowndes Longest Table planning committee, and selected vendors will be contacted with additional event details and requirements.

Application Process: Complete application by clicking here and submit it, along with your high-resolution logo, to info@onevaldostalowndes.com no later than September 4, 2026. Tell us about your business or organization and what you would like to offer at the event. We look forward to showcasing the people, products and services that make Lowndes County special! Selected vendors will be notified by September 25, 2026.

Menu Options:

• Please provide three menu options for approximately 150 guests.
  • 1 Entrée,
  • 2 Sides,
  • 1 Dessert
• Include all food to be provided and the total price for each option (including all taxes, fees etc.). Organizers will select one meal from each vendor to create variety for guests.
• Each vendor will be paid for 150 meals by One Valdosta Lowndes. Upon approval, One Valdosta Lowndes will pay 30% of the total cost to vendors as a deposit, applied to the final invoice. The remaining balance will be paid at the conclusion of the event.

RULES

• Vendors provide their own set up (tents, tables, etc.)
• Serving Staff, Serving Equipment, Disposable Dinner Plates,
• Disposable Utensils, Napkins.
• *No To-Go Containers*
• No generators permitted. Arrangements will be made to accommodate vendors with electrical needs.
• Vendors must arrive no later than 3 p.m. with setup completed by 3:45 p.m. and food served at 4:45 p.m.
• Vendors must remain set up until the event is completely over and organizers approve breakdown.
• Preference will be given to local vendors.
• Upon acceptance, vendors will receive a contract with further details.

All vendors must have the appropriate licenses and permits required to provide food service for this event.
